Can Textured Soybean Protein Consumption Improve Blood Biochemistry in Patients with T2DM?

A randomized controlled trial aimed to assess the effectiveness of textured soybean protein consumption in T2DM patients. The intervention group were asked to consume 40g TSP in 2 dishes for 4 weeks and the control group continued their regular diet.
